Staff Education and Qualifications. Now is the time for all your staff to get their Registry certificate up to date so that your program can have the highest score possible. The first time you update your Program Profile you will be able to see a list of staff that have worked for your program. You’ll notice that there may be past employees that you will need to add an end date. Once “cleaned up” you will be able to keep your list current.

Program Profile Self Evaluation. Use these YoungStar criteria as a preliminary assessment of your facility. Your final rating will be based on those that are verified so consider how you will document each item.
