Registering your program for the first time?
Be ready with your:
- DCF facility number (printed on your license).

- Federial Employee ID number (EIN)

Staff Education and Qualifications. Now is the time for all your staff to get their Registry certificate up to date so that your program can have the highest score possible. The first time you update your Program Profile you will be able to see a list of staff that have worked for your program. You’ll notice that there may be past employees that you will need to add an end date. Once “cleaned up” you will be able to keep your list current.
Program Profile Self Evaluation Use the YoungStar criteria in this section as a preliminary assesment of your facility. It can help you identify the areas in which you are ready and those in which you may need additioanl work. In order to get your final rating you will need to have each criteria verified so consider how you will document those items.

The Registry is currently developing a new classroom detail section. You will be able to identify each classroom, and assign staff members. Per YoungStar guidelines, each classroom must have one lead teacher.

This is usualy because a previous director has already registered your program. If you have access to the email they used you will be able to receive the password.
